Clotted Cream

Yeah, I'd eat that. It's nothing against German horse meat. Now the question is, what can the French come up with?

Hmmm...clotted cream...you're right, though. The only way to make clotted cream in the states is to melt butter into cream and then set and then set it over a coffee filter to filter out the excess water. Scrape away the residue and there you go.
