What's stopped me is that everyone I talk to tells me I can get one for free provided I negotiate with a vendor, threaten to shut off service, call the support line and ask to speak with a sup, know the password, etc. I could always pay for one but why spend the money if I don't have to?
So, yeah, what did you do?
